Very worthwhile course and informative

Very good course and a reminder of how little signs and questions can make a big difference in someone's life.

Overall the training was very helpful and it has helped to build more confidence in asking the important question in a situation if it is needed.

Would have liked some additional time spent on safety planning etc

generally thought the course was good, trainer was excellent and gets a 5 star from me, i feel the manual being delivered by email just means people will ignore it, despite the clear instruction from trainer many in the group simply didn't even look in advance, an actual physical manual is much more likely to gain peoples engagement

The course was really long to be looking at a screen for, I can not concentrate for that long on a computer even with the breaks allocated - to have it run over two mornings would be much better to digest and concentrate especially with a very important subject

Sound issues and connection issues with Zoom were probably a negative, as I had to drop out numerous times and re-join. Kindly we were offered another course option with Teams if we feel it necessary.

Very good - some useful resources and we were able to share ideas and information about local community support groups
