This was a completely new area of training for me so everything I learnt was a bonus. The trainer set a good pace for learning and helped those who had little knowledge of the subject and also included those who were more knowledgeable to share their thoughts.
I have loved this course and am delighted to have been given the opportunity to attend. A wonderful half day programme that I think should be part of every organisation.

Course well delivered overall. The training materials and exercises we carried out were very useful. The use of the video to visualise the topic more was a great help in putting the theories into practice by having something to relate to.
