The course was interesting and delivered really well. Christo was a really good presenter who cares about the topics discussed.
As an introductory course it was balanced and well put together with enough breaks to allow the participants to gather themselves after going over an emotionally difficult part.

Good course wish I had this knowledge longtime before
As a person with adhd I usually hate attending courses online, however, I found this one well structured and interesting enough to keep me engaged throughout. Nell has a wealth of experience and was great at recognising when the group needed breaks, or when we should continue. All in all this made the course really accessable for me and I felt that I learners a lot.
Holly is a fantastic tutor and has a great way of making you feel comfortable. She is energetic even about a serious and sad subject. She is able to hold the attention of the room, even when we are not all in the same room, and that is hard to do. She makes feel people feel like their opinions matter.
A fantastic course. This MUST be better advertised within the male dominated areas of the Armed forces.
