i felt the training was a great support in addition to my role as a mental health first aider, it has made me feel confident that if I need to I can provide effective support to someone who needs help. the training has also helped me to identify other colleagues who can provide me support with others or for myself.

important subject, everyone should be encouraged to attend this training. I do feel more confident to approach someone and help them in the right way.

The course was really good and informative. I am much more confident and aware about seeing the signs of suicide and who to contact if I am in this situation. The group of participants were nice and friendly. It was nice to meet people from other fields and organisations. The breakout rooms worked well and the trainer was very good at getting everyone to be involved.
