Perhaps a longer session would have been beneficial

I attended the course as a means of rounding out my call handling techniques, as I spend a lot of time on the phone both to the public and those reporting to me. The course underpinned a lot of the things I do when speaking to people already, and has given me a level of confidence that I didn't perhaps have before in dealing with a conversation where the other party could be considering suicide as an option.

Wanted the course to last longer as there was so much more to cover and discuss.
