Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and follow. I learned some very good strategies and lots of good questions to ask customers. Some of the course content wasn’t relevant, but that was not anyone’s fault, and some areas we had already got pretty well covered. But that was also good to have confirmation of.

Two day course but trainer kept it moving at a lively pace and time went it quickly. Skipped between slides, booklet and anecdotes presenting in an entertaining but instructive manner. Lots of interaction and opportunities to contribute. Also enjoyed the roleplays.
