Two day course but trainer kept it moving at a lively pace and time went it quickly. Skipped between slides, booklet and anecdotes presenting in an entertaining but instructive manner. Lots of interaction and opportunities to contribute. Also enjoyed the roleplays.

Some really good chunks of information to use in my role. Not too heavy, really well layed out and delivered.

Excellent course, good trainer and well delivered. Thought the take away books where good especially 10 tips for successful negotiation
