The course was very interesting. It gives added-value to our way of approaching customers. The trainer was very competent and he got the course to be very interactive with many discussions, exercises and examples. However i believe that the content was not properly structures since we jumped to one topic to the other without clearly mentioning it
Nick was a great help, really informative and patient all day long. Gave us the provided break required and time to take notes. Any questions we had were answered throughly
A really great course that mange’s to cover so many elements of the sales process. I would highly recommend this to anyone who need a refresh in their sales technique knowledge, or for someone starting a sales role. Nick was very good and gave me some new techniques to try. A lot of information to take in but very helpful/useful and I can’t wait to try them to see the outcomes and of course improvements. There were definitely things/questions that I had never thought about asking to gain information to move forward with a prospect
