Really interesting to learn about how as a sales person we can overcome objectives. Some of the ideas presented I wouldn’t have thought of, so this is really useful.
Nick was very helpful, there was no pressure to get questions correct and if I was wrong he explained it in enough detail for me to correct myself and understand more about the course.
It’s a very comprehensive training, goes into deep detail about sales essentials. The trainer, Nick is extremely knowledgable and has an excellent teaching style, fully understandable, he makes the topics easy to digest.

I was nervous about the coming to the course as never done anything like this before But Simon put me at ease straightaway and delivered the course very well, I have taken many things away from this that I will definitely put into practice in the workplace Thank you Simon
