Good course overall, enjoyed the tactics part of the course

Excellent trainer, brought the material into the real world and relevant situations.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with and came across as very approachable and not "teacher like". he made the forum of working with each other over Zoom fun and relaxed us all

Course was good especially considering the large variation in knowledge and experience of delegates.

Generally very positive; we have a collaborative team ethic which is supportive and assist greatly in the course.

The course was good but I feel it was slightly intense. More breaks perhaps

Really good course will help in the future

Always enjoy Karl Morris training courses and this did not disappoint. Really useful to discuss value levers specific to our business and the conditions for a negotiation to take place. Also very interested in the section related to planning for and recognisee games and tactics.

I found the course overall useful, however a number of the solo activities on the second day I felt could have been better thought out and have been group activities with colleagues from the same business to let each other bounce ideas off.
