I found the course overall useful, however a number of the solo activities on the second day I felt could have been better thought out and have been group activities with colleagues from the same business to let each other bounce ideas off.

Well presented and good examples to reinforce discussion points. Some of the A and B role playing was a bit confusing

Very good at opening up new areas of sales and new prospects but I don't think I can fit this into my productive time in the day, in-between dealing with live customers new enquiries and handovers, this needs to be put into a crm which is easily used and quicker than the process shown today
