Very well presented by Trainer in easy listening way presenter was very engaging enjoyed working with in the small breakout groups on the various sessions .

Some parts fairly generic and not relevant to brick industry or to the customer channel I sell to but in other parts some useful reminders on general selling techniques

Good training session. It will improve my interactions with other people. I believe it will give me a chance to better understand other people’s feelings. However I think there was a little too many exercises in pairs (yes, I’m blue 🙃)

I found the course to be interesting but also enjoyable and fun . Simon is an excellent trainer and interacted very well with all the participants
