Good reminder as to what to refocus on

It was a good course and I learnt a lot. However, I would like to have also learnt more on distributor management and account management.

Course was good and helpful. But our internal systems list priority overrides independent thought, so I will only be able to utilise techniques on personal and professional objectives

Good course and content. Trainer was very good and engaging.

I have enjoyed the course. It has given me lots of tools to fave day a day situations with my team.

Too much printing material. The most productive part were the practice (group simulation chat)

Have definitely learn some useful tools and ideas to use in future. I think I will refer to the materials at a later date

Very engaging, learned some good techniques to manage tasks, it’s good to speak to other people about time management as it is an issue that effect’s everyone.
