Overall a very good course, informative and well led

Fantastic course and very engaging trainer. Was specific to what we needed however could have sat in with the role plays and provided more tailored comments on what we could have improved on. Voicemail could be improved more and expanded on.

Interesting & useful content, focused on people management mainly, I was under the impression there will be more time management content.

Simon adapted the course content very well understanding we work mainly with distributors. I also liked the use of flip chart and lack of PowerPoint. I felt involved throughout the course and related the content to my job role.
