Trainer was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. A lot of very valuable information and exercises. If we were to do this again I would like to have a more in depth consultation on advance so we could delve into specific examples while the facilitator was there to guide the discussions

The course was very interesting. It gives added-value to our way of approaching customers. The trainer was very competent and he got the course to be very interactive with many discussions, exercises and examples. However i believe that the content was not properly structures since we jumped to one topic to the other without clearly mentioning it

It was a good course and I learnt a lot. However, I would like to have also learnt more on distributor management and account management.
