I really enjoyed the course taking more of a deepdive into negotiation. A good range of tasks and theory to support the thoughts behind the process.

Interesting course. Learned new strategies and also refreshed my memory. Helps to step out of your normal habits

Enjoyed the overall structure of the day, was made interactive throughout as well which always helped for anyone like myself who struggles to keep concentrating!

I would have like to see a bit more participation - the course was amended to meet the needs of a couple of individuals but this meant that possible participation events were dropped. the arrangement of the groups could have been better planned - the groups were produced randomly by who was sitting by whom which meant that one group in particular compiled of three from one team and one other - so the predominant culture of the team was carried through all aspects - which was not good.

Very informative course, and Simon covered the topics I wanted him to focus in on. I really enjoy the content and also how Simon delivers the course. One to one virtual is still somewhat unfamiliar to me as I would be a more natural classroom learner, but again, Simon made the course as interactive as possible.

Found the course really useful and thought provoking. The role plays were really testing and challenging and the best way for me to learn. The self reflection of previous sessions/days also helped plant those ideas further. Material is really useful, would it be possible to see “perfect examples” of negotiations as part of the course to have something to measure against

An enjoyable couple of days learning in a relaxed environment. Concentrated on building relationships with other course members which made the tasks easier and more fluid.

I unexpectedly enjoyed the 'Sales Role Playing' it was fun.
