A really well planned day with great uptake from the team. Lots of points we can definitely take on and it addressed the exact thing I wanted it to - getting more confident and well-rounded on the phone.

Simon was great. Breaking down all the points of sales very clearly and giving examples has increased my performance substantially. I will be using these new methods to approach customers. Not only will it be of more benefit for the customer, but also me.

I thought the course was extremely informative. Simon was very knowledgeable and it was great to get some ideas on how to overcome objections. tools to use to try to find the right contacts.

Very good content, might have been easier to tailor it to the specific sales type needed by the people on the course but as an overall very helpful course.

Found the course and the trainer very engaging and interactive despite the virtual limitations. I did found some elements challenging/difficult to apply as I am not yet manging any one. However talking through examples and roleplays did help to make it more real for me. Overall I found the course good and beneficial for my future career progression.

Online training courses are difficult to stay captivated for the entire session, but Simon did a good job and keeping the sessions as engaging as possible. Overall I thought the session was was better then expected. For me personally i struggled with some of the tasks as they were very focused on how you currently manage people, which i do not.
