PRISM was interesting to learn about myself. Situational leadership was good to learn about to differentiate between where different people sit within the D & S scale. Maslows theory was good to put in a professional context. Excellent feedback model! Thanks Claire :)

Claire and Ross were great, they made the course really fun and enjoyable. I liked there was lots of interactive parts of the day, as this meant we could move around and have a think for ourselves.

Good course, perhaps a session on leading/managing in the virtual work world would be useful
