Really enjoyed the course- particularly the situational leadership session, empathy and the Johari window.

Claire was great, thank you. I felt a bit frustrated and disappointed that there seems to be a disconnect between course content and lived experience of managers' behaviour in the organisation. I would encourage full and frank feedback to the organisation.
The course was impactful, fun and engaging from start to finish. The team were knowledgeable and encouraged me to think about situations from a variety of positions. There was nothing that could have been improved upon. I really appreciate the opportunity to attend the course.
Claire is a fabulous woman who you can see clearly cares about the outcomes of the sessions she runs and helps encourage flowing conversations.
This was a fantastic course. I was very grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of it and, despite contending with many challenges in the background throughout it's duration, i am thrilled to have completed it, and now look forward to working with our new operations manager in continuing to develop and utilise what i have learnt in my job roll. A big thanks you to all of the trainers for delivering the course so well. My only, personal, suggestion would be to have a larger room, like we enjoyed for our final presentations day, for the duration of the course - this felt much more comfortable.
PRISM was interesting to learn about myself. Situational leadership was good to learn about to differentiate between where different people sit within the D & S scale. Maslows theory was good to put in a professional context. Excellent feedback model! Thanks Claire :)

Good course, perhaps a session on leading/managing in the virtual work world would be useful
