Interesting and informative

Excellent course - I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone new to management. The content was thought-provoking and made relevant to the variety of work contexts that myself and the other participants were coming from. Claire is an engaging trainer and struck a good balance between covering the content as planned and leaving space for interesting conversations (sometimes at a tangent!) that cropped up over the two days. I am excited to try out the methods discussed and using the various learning points to develop as a manager.

I really enjoyed this course, it was useful, we shared great tips/experiences. I struggled to allocate time in between sessions for implementing any theories/models, and think that further time is needed to do this over a longer period of time. I also struggled to find time to complete the SL2 course but got it done eventually. It was really useful, i just needed more cpacity to fit it in. Overall, really happy with the trainer, resources and tips/theroies taken from this course. It has definitely helped me to develop my manangement role and i will be utilising it in the near future.

Claire was a very good informative trainer, she engaged with the whole group and made sure that everyone had an opportunity to share their thoughts on topics.
