I think Ross is phenomenal in his approach and his ability to help take you on a journey of change! I think the teachings from this session will really help me go the extra mile in my role but also push myself even more to reach the heights I wish to reach both with the team and personally.
In person sessions held away from the office has been really beneficial. It allows us to focus on the day and not get distracted by other day to day work. My only comment which I raised at our final day was to have a briefing about the requirements of the first assignment. The two sessions we had by Claire about the other two assignments were really thorough and laid out the expectations. If we had this for the first one, I think it would have not have been so daunting and, for me personally, I would have felt more confident completing it. My other suggestion which I made on the last day, was for us to mentor/coach the new intake on the course. It would be beneficial for us in developing our skills and also beneficial to the new starters as we can support them with the assignments. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and have found it really beneficial. Thanks for all of your support and continued support I need with my assignments!

I had a great time and met new people that I would not ordinarily meet - this has been good for me personally but also for future networking for a more collaborative organisation.
The course was run at a high level of quality and commitment from the operators, this was greatly appreciated. It was inciteful and has given food for thought going forward.
Claire was an excellent and engaging trainer. Despite being in management and leadership for 10+ years, I found there to be something informative and new in every piece of content delivered. Highly recommend this course for all levels of managers.
A really helpful and useful course as an introduction into coaching. I was able to understand the theory whilst also having to opportunity to use my new knowledge practically in my 6 coaching practise sessions. My trainer, Claire was always on hand if I needed help and was supportive, kind and helpful through the whole process. I met other people on the course and found it interesting our different reasons for wanting to do the course. An all round great experience 😊
Really good course, I have learned a lot and been taken out of my comfort zone but have enjoyed the course and feel that my confidence in the workplace has grown as a result.
Ultimately a very good course, leaving me with valuable managerial experience and providing me with the opportunity to progress further in my career.
