I was very worried before this call. As I quite new to my role at work and new to dealing with customers over the phone. I feel completely reassured and have clear direction with how to tackle situations dealing with people demonstrating suicidal thoughts or behaviours. Madhuri was excellent, extremely engaging and kept us all interested and checked in to make sure we were all alert and feeling well. I am very grateful.

Interesting course, a lot of useful information. Laura was a great host and made the course engaging. From a personal point of view think it would be better in person as think helps make discussions better but underhand why it's done via webex due to the different teams involved.
