Really well presented and very informative

Was good to learn about new models and techniques

interesting case studies and exercises

There were lots of break out room sessions which I found very helpful as it enabled me to understand most concepts better. I also liked the use of case-studies as that helped me think of various scenarios and how to address these scenarios which I believe is useful in preparing and practicing as a coach.

The session was interactive and engaging.

Really interesting. I enjoyed observing coaching, being coached and being the coach to see how we all had different approaches
