Helen was great again and I’m really enjoying getting to know my cohort.

A really enjoyable introduction to the topic of coaching as a profession, which made me reflect not just on my own reasons for being here but on the ethics of the work and ethical application.

It has been an engaging session with plenty of information and models shared.

Fun, interactive, extremely informative and welcoming

This workshop was extremely helpful and practical. It demystified what it means to be a professional mentor, and gave me both the mindset and the tools to do it well. It helped me reflect on my own leadership style and how I can support others more effectively, not just through advice, but through presence, curiosity, and trust. I feel more confident in stepping into a mentoring role, and I know this learning will benefit both my own development and the people I work with.

Great day, could have been a bit of a drag but Helen made it interesting and fun
