Thank you Claire! I joined this cohort as I missed this session originally with my own and I felt very welcomed and supported throughout! :)

i enjoyed discussion with colleagues again.

A good opportunity revisit STARR's Three Stages of a Coaching Assignment with greater awareness and consider how this would be implemented with knowledge accrued during the coarse.
