A lot of information, but it flowed well. The use of case studies helped embed what had been taught. Balanced well with group work.
It was a full-on day, very informative and interesting, equipping us with a range of tools and techniques that we can apply in our future practice.
Really interesting descriptions of models and approaches. Would have liked one or two more break out groups as I feel these are useful for discussion which supports embedding the learning from the session.
I found the session today to be very engaging and informative, and feel like I learnt some great tools that can be used as I develop my coaching skills
It was really a great workshop, lots of learning and Jason encouraged engagement during the session. He was very knowledgeable in the subject and gave lots of examples.
A lot to think about today, I especially found the looking at the Gibb's model in relation to coaching very interesting, I have used the Gibb's model for delivering training but looking at from the perspective of a coach and a coachee gave me a lot to think about.
The workshop was pitched at the right level. Being an online workshop, it was interactive enough to keep the audience engaged.
It was a warm introduction for the group. The content was delivered with enthusiasm and passion and whilst it was a long day in a classroom I left feeling energized and interested.
At this stage in my qualification, I felt that it was extremely valuable to have dedicated time with my cohort to practice coaching. It was also helpful to have the opportunity to exchange ideas and share learning. It was insightful to see and review the standards by which I will be assessed.
