I would have appreciated more lecturing as I didn't feel like I had enough information to engage productivity in the discussions. I still dont understand the key differences between the coaching models. I don't think it's appropriate to be needing to Google the models during the discussion time as directed - we should be provided the information in more detail to enable us to then discuss. The pre activity was also nothing to do with module content which is frustrating. If it was more relevent, again, this could have helped with better discussions

The course content was strong, including a mix of theory, policy and practice. The delivery was incredibly information heavy. There were five breakout group sessions which offered some contrast to reading from PP slides. However, most of the day required participants to listen to information detailing techniques, statistics and theory. This was an unrealistic expectation given the volume of information. A discussion format or working groups dynamic would have been a better aid to learning.

A lot of information to cover in inadequate time. Felt rushed

I felt very overwhelmed that day. I think because I am a beginner, there was a lot of professionals asking indepth questions and to be honest I felt drained and exhausted.

I enjoyed the learning but found the number of break out rooms quite fatiguing.

A lot of information

Helen was a wonderful instructor, however the content of the workshop felt quite rushed and not all that clear. We moved through everything quickly and it felt quite difficult to always fully understand the purpose and context.

Great to start. Feel like the session could have been shorter less time on introductions. Time on the platforms was great.

It was a shame that it was moved online. I have checked my emails and I did not receive this on the Friday which was disappointing
