I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was well presented, informative and interactive. I learnt a great deal and lots to take away. I do however feel this should be rolled out to all... as the changes we need to make as a business to help vulnerable customers affects everyone... as also mentioned on the course, you could say we're all vulnerable and therefore should treat everyone with kindness thats the first place to start.Response : Jo, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and positive feedback. I found the useful/unhelpful terms for when people are in a crisis really insightful. Sometimes the phrases on the unhelpful side would come out naturally without even realising you were probably causing more harm than good. I will use these in my personal and professional life.
