The course was great, I feel like I learned so much but what made it even nicer was that Helen shared her own personal experiences so I feel like we connected with her on a deeper level and what she was saying had come from experience. Helen is clearly passionate about what she is training others in, her delivery was excellent. She came into the session with a clear training programme but also made time and ensured all of our questions were answered how we wanted them to be.
