What a fantastic course! Helen was engaging, very professional and encouraged participation from our team which resulted in lived experiences being shared. Loved the course! Helen was lovely and easy to talk to and created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Really helpful and gave me more ideas on responses and how to navigate dealing with vulnerable customers. 10/10
