A safe, compassionate approach makes this difficult subject accessible: attendees value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create space for honest discussion without pressure. They describe clear, well-paced sessions combining practical frameworks, language, scenarios, role play, videos and breakout activities, supported by useful workbooks and signposting resources. The course helps them recognise warning signs, ask direct questions and feel more confident supporting people in crisis at work and beyond.

Brilliant course and will use this in my role and share across my teams
Really useful and practical clear steps and role‑plays that build confidence.
Very thought provoking and eye opening. I will be using what I have learnt in practice..
I wouldn't of been able to recognise earlier signs, and not asking more direct appropriate questions
