Really helpful course covered a lot of content and made you think of things and wording/phrases that I hadn’t before, some really useful tips to take away and keep in tool kit in case I ever find myself in a position to help someone in crisis

Excellent course. An awkward topic but delivered brilliantly to give those tools we need to speak with someone and support. Really interesting. Open and caring way of learning.
I feel a lot more confident than when I started and have learned a lot from the course. A little bit more time on the active listening would be my only suggestion.
