Really glad I did the course - it was well paced and comprehensive and left me feeling more confident in my ability to practice suicide first aid. I appreciated the opportunity to practice saying some of the key words out loud - it definitely makes a difference. I found the balance between learning and any kind of role-play just right.

Excellent delivery of course Cheryl was great. More confidant after course. Great content even though heavy in detail was split well with breaks and breakout rooms.
