SFA 02 - Suicide First Aid: Understanding Suicide Intervention Reviews

Thank you for coming and helping us to be more aware, curious and able to help and for helping to alleviate any fear around being upfront with someone who is displaying suicidal tendencies.

Today was very informative and at times hard, but in a good way, we had to talk about hard hitting subjects to become better equipped and it was very important to do it

Very difficult subject, handled very well, feel more confident to deal if I came across someone who was thinking about suicide

Hugely beneficial for my line of work in alcohol and substance misuse

I really enjoyed the course, another tool in my toolkit on Suicide, identifying the signs and intervening when required.

I am really please I chose to attend this course it was something I had never thought about but with the training and tools hopefully I may one day help keep someone safe :)

Course was easy to follow flowed well and was delivered excellently

Cheryl was engaging from the start, involved everyone in the call, checked in with us all and made us feel if we needed the time out as a sensitive subject we could take it. Cheryl is a wealth of information.
