I really enjoyed this course despite the heavy going topic and Shian really encouraged everyone in the group to participate without it feeling like forced activity.

A hugely impactful course, which was emotionally draining at times, but gave me the tools and confidence to undertake a suicide intervention

Jamie did a fantastic job at delivering this subject. I feel empowered and confident to act upon the skills learnt. This is a subject very close to home due to personal situations and this has given me skills to utilise for our customers, my colleagues as well as friends and family.

Worthwhile input. This would be valuable to be delivered / integrated into initial training for police officers

Not an easy subject to discuss and very emotive and at times distressing but I do feel that I could now recognise the signs and potentially help someone who may be having suicidal thoughts.
