Good course with lots of practical advice and tools that can be easily implemented both outside of the workplace and also inside the workplace

I shall be trying to give some input to the rest of my watch. As a whole though, I think it would be a very important training for our operational firefighters who do come across this more often face-to-face and sometimes in times of hitting that suicide point too
