Really good course and love the examples and pace the course is run. It’s nice there is an amount of group work and the booklet is great to have and make notes. The 1 hr lunch break was a bonus too!

I feel the course is beneficial and provides suitable skills relating to the level of care expected. This course will help me in spotting the signs of people in low places. It will also be a useful tool as a line manager
