Great session and very important content. Trainer was passionate and had a lot of knowledge. Was engaging. Glad there was a workbook - this was really helpful.

This course empowered me and gave me the correct tools to go forward in my professional and daily life to be able to speak openly about suicide, identifying the signs and best practice on how to approach this with people who are in need of support

While the topic is quite heavy, it was managed well and the trainer was supportive and provide clear guidance around keeping oursleves safe.
