Great training and useful

Great training session, really informative. I feel much more confident to have these difficult conversations now.

This training really made me reflect on how i interact with others ,I always try and take control of any situations if any negative issues are happening. This course has made me realise i need to give the other party space and time to find a solution themselves and i just need to support.
