Thank you for the refresher on this course, it is good to discuss the language that we use and remind us that we are not able to fix things but to create safe space in that moment to support a person in crisis as well as putting safety plans in place.

This was a great course and I would recommend it to anyone. It doesn't matter if you work in a caring profession or not - anyone could meet a person thinking about suicide. Knowing how to spot some signs and start a supportive - and potentially life saving - conversation is vital for everyone. Having tools to work through a process with someone gives you the confidence for these difficult conversations. Great course and great trainer, thank you.

I feel much more confident to be able to deal with this scenario than previously. And have learned what not to do which was invaluable
