The training was good but it was very long for vartualy and thank you for the give two break.
It was a learning journey throughout the session.
A very important session! My biggest learning is that we must address these issues & topics directly, with empathy, and listen to the person. Ive also learnt useful tips on prompts to encourage response rather than focus on giving advice.
