I found the course very through provoking and informative and realise how important it is to talk to each other. I am so pleased I completed the course.

I think this has really helped to review the importance of taking the time to actually engage with people and treat them with respect and importance. To give them a spotlight and talk about an abundance of things rather then particular directed questions that may miss important factors. The trainer was very good.

A perfect refresher from the original full course, I did a number of years ago. Back before then, the thought of asking someone outright if they were suicidal or had a plan seemed almost a taboo. Therfore a chance to go back over things with real experiences on board, picking up things I maybe hadn't thought to discuss the 1st time round, which with experience on board I could reflect on the recognising things I had done right but also how my perspectives had changed and I had improved. Also the added bonus of more recent statistics and an amazing video which has been added, giving even more perspective. Highly recommended & I will definitely encourage my team to do as well.

Great course. The quote 'Sometimes when people' will help open up.

A brilliant session that has left me feeling more confident to support someone who might be having thoughts of suicide and to also have discussions of suicide in general and dispel some myths
