Overall, I gained a lot from today's session and it has highlighted ways in which to respond appropriately in certain situations and what language to use.

I found this course to be relevant to my role and also beneficial. It is a taboo subject but one that definitely provides me with information and understanding of how to identify, approach and offer support to people.

Very knowledgeable tutor with very evident experience. A presentation in keeping with the nature and seriousness of the subject.

this was a great session and i think this was delivered well, you ensured that everyone was safe and in a good mindset through out, however i feel this needs to be more interactive, and needs to get more people within the group involved.
