The course was very well delivered and provides a lot of useful information to use not only in the community but overall.

It was a fantastic session and it aided me in gaining an alternative perspective into the life of someone who has had different struggles and judging someone for struggling is just overlooking their worries. It also makes me think about signs that I may have noticed around me and allowed me to gain a higher level of awareness.
