Overall it was extremely educational. The ways everything was described to make it easier to understand. Coming from this, I feel so much more confident to have a conversation with someone, one where I would also be able to feel as though I could make a difference. A difference in 1 persons life makes this whole course well worth it

I understand this is a sensitive subject and it can be triggering for people. I have personally experienced being there for someone who was considering suicide and I personally was more triggered by how unrealistic it was
