I have completed other suicide training before so much of the course was a refresher however it was useful in that it reassured me about how I have handled talking to people with suicidal thoughts previously and has given me a good framework to improve my responses in the future. Thank you Zac.

It's good some more study can be included.

THE STATISTICS SHOWN IN THE PROGRAMME WERE QUITE OVERWHELMING BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT GAVE US HOPE OF BEING A PART OF THE CHANGE THAT COULD BE BROUGHT ABOUT.

Really useful. All frontline DWP staff should have this. Poor signal quality at times, but hey that's life.

An excellent course that increased my awareness of the signs we might see, hear from someone thinking of suicide and gave me more confidence in being able to address that in a positive supportive way for that individual

Great training. I appreciate it is a half day course designed for organisations. I think it would have benefited from a section at the end that is directly relatable to the environment we work in and the client base we work with

Structure of the course was good, an excellent introduction to a complex subject, with Anita’s training expertise and subject knowledge shining through.
