Very useful training

This was a refresher for me, I found it really useful in clarifying what I had learnt last year. I feel more confident to ask the question about to suicide not just at work and with my family and friends as well.

The suicide first aid course informs people signs to recognise when someone is in a mental health crisis, this helps people not just at work but for friends and family members.
