The course was a good starting base towards providing suggestions on how to support people who may be contemplating suicide.

I found this course really interesting and informative. I am now more confident in dealing with these types of calls and also how best to support our staff following taking calls of this nature.

I liked the idea of the break outrooms and people giving their feedback. Overall this was interesting and the presenter ensured that the training moved along at a nice pace. Covering such a sensitve subject in depth was a good learning curve.

I so grateful for the opportunity to learn among others . Good to hear and share points of views . I find the course very interesting.
