Amazing course for a lay person with no prior knowledge.. as a paramedic I encounter this situation often and am confident in speaking with people regarding suicidal thoughts. New learning for me was the hidden toll of suicide.
Brought the topic to life and gave us great insights into how to engage and be mindful when talking to potentially suicidal individuals to avoid and prevent harm.
This training is very essential. We need to roll this out nationally.
