Very useful and informative. However questions 2 and 18 were frustrating as while the intended correct answer was obvious both answers could be feasibly correctResponse : Thank you Alice for leaving great feedback. We we look to gain further information in regards to the questions as we are always striving to improve.

the course overall was good and its content was well structured, i think the trainer was engaging and made the day course interesting as well being able to answer questions for us. i feel that the material is enough to educate us but i do still feel that some breakaways are not included or do not offer appropriate safety, such as the rear naked choke.Response : Hi James. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I believe that the technique you are referring to is a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) move. I think it is important to recognise that we are training staff in your organisation to work with young people who are victims of abuse and trauma and therefore the breakaway skills we teach are suitable for this population. If you have any further questions around this, it may be worth speaking to your line manager who I am sure will reassure you that the young people in your organisation all have individual risk assessments and positive behaviour support plans which identify their needs.

Good to give positive feedback from the previous call. Mixed security with clinical staff. Arousal model good to be reminded.
