She reopened the streams with solid information and slight upgrades of jargon. Pleasant and organic energy quite enjoyable.

I always enjoy this PBS refresher course. I find it so helpful to refresh everything. I found that the practical skills were well explained and the trainers were approachable, sensitive and patient. I enjoyed the carousel element of the course with different trainers and different locations.

Good and very formative, the trainer showed awareness of the course
I feel the training was good but I feel if we practiced more consistently we would be able to execute our training much better.
