Very informative and relateable to my job role in an NHS setting. Restrictive interventions are better than previous ones i have been taught which should work better in the environment i work.
Course is aimed at everyday situations, I have confidence that the restraints shown will work. I like that the wording is straight to the point with no unnecessary jargon. Having someone with in the department deliver the course helps me have trust in what we're being caught
