Lucy's content delivery was excellent. She took the time to ensure everyone understood what was being taught and that different learning styles were catered for. Learning was not rushed and was set at the 'slowest' person in the class. It would be helpful if the book were the exact match to the slides in the presentation.Response : Hi AJ. Really good for training, while working on AMU we come across concerns of behaviours on a regular basis and using the knowledge and skills learnt today will be vital in the on going patient care. Thank you.
