Good practical session Had Ben for all 3 sessions, he was great. He ensured everyone knew each skill and that we all had a practice to feel confident. He praised us when we got each skill right which helped with confidence.

I have built my confidence in the skills we worked on today, Ben was really helpful, understood the room and helped everyone, even if feeling nervous.
