Fabulous course I really enjoyed it and found it beneficial to my role as a manager to have a better understanding of my service users behaviours.

The course was educational and it will enable me to understand better the people I work with the trainer was good and help me be confident with the skills

The pbs course provided was clear practical and beneficial to my role it helped me understand how to promote positive behaviour. The content was well structured and applicable to real life

The trainer was so good at elaborating the information and made sure we all understood before moving on.
