Course was spectacular I was able to understand that is is better to use least restrictive method before using restrictive methods. The tutor was brilliant she explained everything so I could understand it was very engaging.

Fabulous course I really enjoyed it and found it beneficial to my role as a manager to have a better understanding of my service users behaviours.

The course was educational and it will enable me to understand better the people I work with the trainer was good and help me be confident with the skills

The trainer was so good at elaborating the information and made sure we all understood before moving on. Really good course. Personally I feel I have learnt a lot of relevant knowledge and information from both practical and non practical sessions. I feel confident enough to take them into any situation should I need too following on from the Training given by Matt.

Very informative , I have definitely learnt alot about reasons of behaviour , and that there is always a reason for the behaviour being displayed . All of the restraint techinuques were shown in a way we can all understand and learn and mat was very patient with all student . Thankyou
